Amazon recently announced that Amazon Business now has more than 11 million organizations enrolled and has reached $60 billion in annualized gross sales, clearly indicating that B2B buyers are turning to the Ecommerce giant in droves.
But Amazon isn’t satisfied with that. The $60 billion in sales is only the tip of the iceberg.
In recent years, Amazon has invested in building tools and programs to chase the planned spend portion of B2B buying budgets. Enterprise businesses, government agencies, municipalities, large educational institutions, and other organizations all create planned spend budgets in advance in order to ensure they are effectively managing their business. Planned spend makes up the bulk of spending for many of these organizations, accounting for as much as 80 percent of total annual budgets.
Amazon’s spend management tools, on-premise restock vending machines, bulk buy programs, and even Amazon-led RFPs bids have all created buzz among many B2B manufacturers and distributors, but many of them don’t know how to access them.
At Enceiba, we’ve heard stories from companies that want to pursue—or even join—these programs, but they haven’t experienced any meaningful revenue growth or sales from them.
So how do you unlock these opportunities?
That’s exactly the question we’re going to answer in our upcoming webinar, “Unlocking the B2B Buyer on Amazon Business.” Created in partnership with former Amazon Business executive and founder of AB Dock, Peter Bebber, this high-impact webinar will teach participants:
The latest updates on Amazon Business and how Amazon is expanding its role in B2B purchasing.
How Amazon Business is targeting planned spend, bulk purchasing, restock programs, and other large-buyer use cases.
What these B2B programs mean for sellers trying to reach business buyers.
How to unlock opportunities with governments, commercial enterprises, and other high-value B2B buyer segments.
How to better position products for discovery, conversion, and repeat purchasing.
What solutions can help both buyers and sellers take advantage of Amazon Business programs.
The truth is that none of Amazon Business’ larger buying programs are not automated, which means you need to learn how to have the conversation with the right people at Amazon in order to be included. And there are hundreds, if not thousands, of Amazon employees working on this.
This webinar is essential if you’re interested in tapping into Amazon’s programs to capture planned spend. REGISTER TODAY!
